Combine versatile and stylistically diverse guitar playing with a somewhat skewed view of life in the Pacific NorthWest and you will probably find yourself listening to the music of Marty Beagle. Marty started as a self-taught classical and Renaissance guitarist but soon branched into both jazz and country/rockabilly styles. He has studied with national flat-picking champion Wayne Henderson as well as New York jazz guitarist Gregory Ernst, and entered into songwriting by studying with PNW folk luminaries Linda Waterfall and award winning songwriter Cosy Sheridan.
